Resource Lead

We are looking for an organised, solution-focused, meticulous, pragmatic and observant Resource Lead. You will manage creative workflow of various disciplines through the agency, ensuring efficient, smooth-running, timely delivery and to budget. This involves ongoing scoping out and planning of projects, process enhancement, scheduling and management of internal and 3rd-party resources - to meet client and internal expectations of cost, timings and quality. This is a full time permanent role.

Associate Creative Director (Copy)

We are looking for someone who can elevate the quality of our thinking, and craft of our copy, across all agency accounts – leading from the front with outstanding copywriting and ongoing development of your fellow writers. This role involves the overseeing of all copy within the creative department. As the guardian of our brands’ voices, you’ll have detailed knowledge of all tonal guidelines. And you’ll be an agency ‘go-to’ for all copy-related matters. You’ll form a key part of the creative management team, working closely with the Creative Director, Creative Delivery Director and other discipline leads to elevate our offering and make us famous for our creative work.

Account Manager/Senior Account Manager (Perm Contract)

We are looking for either an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager (depending on skills mix/experience) to join us on our financial services client account. The work we deliver for our client is wide-ranging across their consumer product portfolio (current accounts, savings, mortgages, wealth, credit cards, insurance etc) and we focus our work as their Lead Strategic Agency for 1-to-1 communications. This means we work upstream on briefs that are strategically important to the bank and work in an agile, sprint-focused way to deliver our outputs.Given this, we’re after someone with bigger agency/client experience who can both hold their own in discussing/delivering on meaty marketing challenges with clients as well as having the operational rigour and organisation (brief writing, timing plan creation and maintenance, project scoping acumen) to shepherd a large and fast-paced body of work through an agency’s machinery. Commercial Controller (Fixed term contract 12 months)

We are looking for an ambitious Commercial Controller to work across the business to run a small team and deliver commercial acumen and accurate management information. This could be full time or part time (4 days per week) and will be a 12-month fixed term contract. The experience we need: qualified accountant with at least 4 years, PQE in a commercial / reporting / analysis role, able to build relationships with varied teams across the business, able to demonstrate commercial awareness to business stakeholders, able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed, self-motivating and able to work independently, proactivity, someone who looks to help and brings ideas and deliver on those ideas, accuracy and attention to detail, strong Excel skills, analysis skills - able to provide insight into variances and business plans. Account Director – Fixed term 12 month Maternity contract

We are looking for an experienced Account Director. You will be working in a dynamic, fast paced agency environment. Reporting into the SAD, you will be responsible for the overall day to day management and running of the account teams, spanning across all business areas on various clients. You will also be accountable for the day to day commercial management and running of the account. This is a leadership and client growth role, so you must be able to demonstrate these as core competencies.
