Associate Creative Director (Copy)
We are looking for someone who can elevate the quality of our thinking, and craft of our copy, across all agency accounts – leading from the front with outstanding copywriting and ongoing development of your fellow writers. This role involves the overseeing of all copy within the creative department. As the guardian of our brands’ voices, you’ll have detailed knowledge of all tonal guidelines. And you’ll be an agency ‘go-to’ for all copy-related matters. You’ll form a key part of the creative management team, working closely with the Creative Director, Creative Delivery Director and other discipline leads to elevate our offering and make us famous for our creative work.
Account Director – Fixed term 12 month Maternity contract
We are looking for an experienced Account Director. You will be working in a dynamic, fast paced agency environment. Reporting into the SAD, you will be responsible for the overall day to day management and running of the account teams, spanning across all business areas on various clients. You will also be accountable for the day to day commercial management and running of the account. This is a leadership and client growth role, so you must be able to demonstrate these as core competencies.
Head of Office Management
We are looking for a new Head of Office Management. This role is dedicated to the complete client experience at Havas helia Cirencester, putting a real focus on improving the quality of the experience from the office environment to the front of house staff, the food and drink and all touchpoints with the agency. Managing a team to ensure that the offices are presented to an exemplary standard. Ensuring infrastructure, activities and processes by staff, visitors and contractors are undertaken in a safe and healthy manor. Resource Lead
We are looking for an organised, solution-focused, meticulous, pragmatic and observant Operations Lead. You will manage creative workflow of various disciplines through the agency, ensuring efficient, smooth-running, timely delivery and to budget. This involves ongoing scoping out and planning of projects, process enhancement, scheduling and management of internal and 3rd-party resources - to meet client and internal expectations of cost, timings and quality. This is a full time permanent role.
Junior Designer
We are looking for a passionate, driven Junior Designer. At Havas we want to support you in that journey. As a Junior Designer, you should be ready to develop your existing skills by working with creatives on a range of ambitious and innovative projects, with support for growth and personal development. The Junior Designer will help drive the creative process, with an understanding of the design principles: colour, contrast, balance, typography, layout, grids and consistency. A willingness to explore new areas of design like animation, illustration etc will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible.
Design Lead
Due to a number of recent pitch wins and a growing business, we are on the hunt for another Design Lead (why have one, when you can have 2!). This new person will be working alongside our existing Design Lead – together they will have overarching Design responsibility. Each will be assigned a number of clients (unique to them) with a view to maintain and elevate standards and overall design output. You must be able to work with minimal support and can influence and mentor others. Lead and elevate design across set accounts. Provide effective leadership and communication, through clear objectives to design team.
